Main Themes: Hope and a Heavenly Purpose

Danny and I wanted to let you know how excited we are to tell you about our new CD titled, “ This Side o f Heaven ” . The themes of this album seem to be timely. The first and central theme is that in spite of the hardships and heartaches we have on this side of glory, we also have a hope…hope that is not dependent on circumstances or the fickle winds of fate. Rather, hope that is built on the unchangeable attributes of a sovereign God who loves us and calls us each by name. The second theme highlights the fact that as long as we live on this side of heaven, we have kingdom work to do! We all have an assignment that is unique, and that requires our individual set of skills and experiences. Our greatest fulfillment in life will come when we discover what on earth we are here for, and begin serving others with our God-given gifts.
